Terms of Service

1. Services

Through the Store you can order virtual phone numbers in the countries listed in the Store, outbound calling (minute packages or pay-as-you-go with a minimum monthly commitment), SMS on numbers where available, and the Mobile Carousel call-distribution service. Numbers work over SIP with your PBX, softphone or dialer; no SIM cards or hardware are supplied.

The services are intended for business use only. Some countries and number types require identity or address documents before activation; the requirements are shown in the Store before payment. We activate such numbers after the documents are verified.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before payment and include the monthly fee for each number and service, one-time setup fees and the price of outbound calls. VAT is applied where required by law. The first payment covers the remainder of the current calendar month pro rata (by UTC calendar days) plus one-time fees; subsequent payments are due monthly in advance.

You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) on the secure page of the payment provider or by bank transfer against an invoice issued to your company. Services ordered by invoice are activated after the payment is received. If you choose annual prepayment, the discount shown in the Store applies to monthly fees for 12 months from activation; one-time fees are not discounted.

3. Minutes and usage

A minute package is valid for the calendar month and unused minutes do not carry over. Calls beyond the package, and calls on the pay-as-you-go plan, are charged at the per-minute rate of the destination shown in the Store. Under the pay-as-you-go plan you pay for actual usage but not less than the minimum monthly commitment. Charges for usage are deducted from your account balance.

You must not use the services for unlawful purposes, unsolicited or fraudulent calls, caller-ID spoofing or any activity that violates the rules of the destination country. We may suspend services that are used in breach of this clause.

4. Term and cancellation

Services renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any service in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees for the period already started, used minutes and one-time fees are not refundable, except where a service could not be activated for reasons attributable to us — in that case we refund the amount paid for it.

5. Liability

We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions caused by third party networks, carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. General terms

The general Terms & Conditions of BMI Telecom apply to the services and prevail in case of conflict with these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia; disputes are resolved by the courts of Riga, Latvia. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
